Selena Turns to Her Latino Roots For New Song

Selena Gomez wanted to make her parents and grandparents proud with the debut of her song 'Un Año Sin Lluvia'. Now watch her talk about her hopes for a Spanish album in the latest interview with the singer and actress.
Selena Gomez is not afraid to get in touch with her roots. The 'Year Without Rain' singer decided to rerecord her song in Spanish to make her family proud. Although she says she was nervous about her pronunciation and singing, she managed to record the track in under an hour.

The Disney star claims she wouldn't be able to chose between singing and acting, but that she does hope to one day record an all-Spanish album like her idol Selena Quintanilla, who she was named after.
